This notice explains what information Custom GC Apps collects through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
When you book a call or send us a message, you provide your name, email address, company, time zone, selected time, and meeting details.
The chat on this website is an AI assistant, not a person. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude model through Vercel's AI Gateway to generate answers. We don't keep chat logs on our servers. If you book a call from the chat, or ask us to follow up and give your name and email, we save that conversation in HubSpot with your contact record so our team can read what you asked. Don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Our team's digital contact cards let you save a team member's details to your phone. If you choose to share your own name, mobile number, company, or email through a card, we store it in HubSpot and the team member you met is notified by email so they can follow up. Sharing is optional and you can skip it.
If you subscribe to AI-Native Contractor, our newsletter, we store your email address with our newsletter provider to send you the newsletter and to see which emails are opened. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing contact@customgcapps.com.
We use inquiry information to respond, assess fit, schedule the requested call, maintain our business records, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
We use HubSpot to show our open times and manage booking records. When you book, HubSpot creates the booking and sends it to our connected Google Calendar so the calendar invitation and Google Meet joining information can be created. If our open times can't load, we link to our Calendly booking page instead; Calendly and HubSpot may set cookies according to your browser and privacy choices. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and events such as a booked call without cookies and without identifying you.
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. We share it with service providers acting for us when necessary to operate the website and respond to requests.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry by emailing contact@customgcapps.com. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
